Here’s the patterned heel to expand your wardrobe this Fall.
I’ve been seeing patterned pumps everywhere this Fall. And just saw this great pair at Nordstrom which I’m totally loving!
I’m showing off my new patterned pump for Fall in a truly spectacular place, The Rodin Sculpture Garden at the Cantor Art Museum at Stanford University.
The Rodin Sculpture Garden houses many important works by the French sculptor Auguste Rodin. The museum houses more sculptures by the artist than any museum outside the Musee Rodin in Paris.
Rodin is considered to be the father of modern sculpture. You’ve definitely seen his really famous pieces, “The Thinker” and “The Kiss”. Those famous pieces are on display just inside the museum.
I took these pictures at dusk after a quick jaunt to my favorite Nordstrom at the Stanford Shopping Center to pick up some new Fall shoes.
The snakeskin patterned heel.
I saw these Topshop heels and had to make them mine! They not only have a faux snakeskin but they also lace-up. Show stoppers!
The shoe comes in black and this snakeskin pattern. I’m a sucker for lace-up shoes and can see these with ripped jeans (like I have on here) or a little black dress too.
And they really add some sass to my neutral blazer (one of my go-to wardrobe staples).
Did I mention that they are really affordable!? Yes, ma’am.

If you get a chance and are in the Palo Alto/San Fran area, visit the Cantor Arts Museum at Stanford to check out their vast collection of this important artist’s work.
And if you enjoy my posts on shoes, fashion, divorce and/or random life events, I hope you’ll share with a friend.
I truly appreciate you stopping by!
What Fall shoes are you digging right now?
