Portion control has always been a challenge for me. My diet is pretty good, and I usually make healthy food choices but I can definitely overeat once I get started. And I’m at my worst when I’m facing a big portion of delicious food at restaurants. I try to stop eating but I can’t, even if I’m full. So I was really intrigued when I read about MealEnders.
You enjoy a MealEnders at the end a meal, or whenever you are hungry but don’t really need to eat any more. I put MealEnders to the appetite control test during a tough week. I was totally stressed out, which meant a major case of starch craving munchiness (crackers, popcorn, anything salty). I also had several dinners out which meant big servings that I can’t seem to say no to. Here we go!
I put a few MealEnders in my purse when I went out to dinner to give me some extra portion control muscle.
After using them for a week, I’m kinda hooked. I like that MealEnders aren’t a “diet” or gimmick but instead help me be more in control of my eating and modify those food patterns that don’t serve me. I can see using these as “dessert” and as a way to say no to mindless munching and unnecessary noshing. Over the course of one year, if I simply cut out a few calories each day, I’d finally be able to lose those last five pounds that I’d love to be rid of. I definitely think MealEnders are the support I need to reach that weight loss goal.
They come in four flavors: chocolate mint, mocha, cinnamon and citrus. (Chocolate mint and citrus were my favorites!) They are kosher and gluten free. You can order them online at the MealEnders website. Find MealEnders on social media at Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Instagram.
Let me know what you think about MealEnders. Did they help you cut those cravings?
I was given a sample of Mealenders to review, but the opinions are my all my own.
